Text SCOOT to 70085 to donate £5

We deliberately keep our prices low so we’re accessible to everyone. If you are able to give more to support our work with disabled people then please text SCOOT to 70085 to donate £5.

Texts will cost the donation amount plus one standard network rate message, and you’ll be opting into hearing more from us.

If you would like to donate but don’t wish to hear more from us, please text SCOOTNOINFO instead.

Do I have to pre-book or can I just turn up?

No need to pre-book, you can just drop in to our main Churchill Square site. You will need to pre-book for collection from Montague House or London Road sites.

We do recommend you pre-book where possible so we can guarantee your preferred scooter or wheelchair will be in stock and we can make sure that it is thoroughly cleaned and ready to go out. By booking ahead we can ensure your equipment collection is fast and simple, leaving you free to enjoy your day.

Our busiest periods are June to September and over Christmas; we can occasionally run out of scooters then so please pre-book if you can.

What are your usual opening hours?

Our winter opening hours run from 1 December to 31 March – open Monday, Tuesday, Friday, 10am to 4pm.

Closed for Christmas from Saturday 21 December to Thursday 2 January, inclusive.

We can also arrange weekend or overnight hires, as well as collection and delivery.

We are closed on public holidays, but can deliver equipment to you either side of these dates for use on those days.
