Possability People: at home

Possability People: at home can help you to stay independent and safe at home. It is suitable for people living with a range of health conditions, or who need some support. It is Care Quality Commission registered.

If you are thinking about support, care or help at home, then At Home could be for you. Most of would agree that planning to stay healthy, safe, independent and at home for as long as possible is something we would like. Our bespoke care service will help you to look at all the options to stay independent.

We can do waking nights and longer packages of care, as well as a few hours during the day to suit you.

Possability People: at home, which is registered with the Care Quality Commission, and is an approved Support with Confidence member in East Sussex, is suitable for people living with a range of health conditions, such as for people with physical or sensory impairments, people living with dementia or memory loss, people with learning difficulties, older people and people with mental health problems.

Personal budgets and direct payments give people a chance to choose, employ and organise their own support (usually personal assistants). But sometimes the idea of being an employer can be off putting. Possability People: at home is perfect for people who want support without the responsibility of being an employer.

We will:

  • Take time to find out about you, your family and friends
  • Find out about what you need and what your interests and hobbies are
  • We will learn about your lifestyle and things you like
  • Learn about any health conditions you might have.

When we have a full picture of who you are, we can look at what support you might find helpful.
