Brighton and Hove City Council is currently consulting about its new Active Travel Plan for the A259 from Hove to Portslade. The scheme extends from Fourth Avenue, Hove all the way to the western city boundary (near Mill Rd, Fishersgate). The council have looked at improvements they can make for all users along this key stretch of the seafront.
