Possability People has been awarded funding of £194, 612.81 by the Work and Health Unit to deliver a twelve month programme to enable people with musculoskeletal conditions to stay in work. The charity’s Community Employment Service will deliver the programme.
Geraldine Des Moulins, Chief Executive of Possability People said:
“Possability People are very pleased to have been awarded this funding. It will allow us work closely with people living with musculoskeletal conditions, and importantly, with their employers, so they can stay in work.
“We know from the Sussex MSK Partnership that there is need for the service. We have already shown that disabled people and their employers can effectively and productively manage health conditions in the work place, so we will be able to support even more people to experience the benefits”.
