Community Engagement Facilitator

Looking for a meaningful role supporting people with complex needs? Could you help launch our new project?

This is a rare opportunity to work on the launch and delivery of a brand new project. With high levels of autonomy, you’ll coordinate all aspects of delivery — from designing and running sessions, to monitoring progress and building referral pathways. You’ll work holistically with participants to help them develop action plans, access wider support, and feel empowered to take part in community life, including activities like our GIG Community Group.

This role is based at our office in Kemp Town, Brighton, with regular travel across the city.

Salary:                              £25,231 (pro-rata, actual £20,185)

Line Managed by:             Community Engagement Lead

Working Hours:               28 hours per week (0.8 FTE)

Holidays:                          28 days plus Bank Holidays (pro rata for part time staff)
