Gentle exercise classes
Steady and Strong is the name of our gentle exercise class
We run regular, gentle exercise classes for anyone living with long term pain and reduced mobility. The classes are designed by our in house personal trainer to help you build your strength and balance when standing and walking.
The classes are currently taking place online, and we have some volunteers who will help you to get started if you aren’t familiar with the technology. We want to support you to manage your health, improve your wellbeing and have fun in the comfort of your own home.
The classes are fun and friendly. The atmosphere is very non-intimidating and our instructor will always make sure that you are comfortable. The class is very low cost too.
