Managing your money

If you are disabled or have a long term health condition or impairment, organising your finances may not be your top priority. Our Supported Bank Account service can take the hassle off you and your family.

Our teams of expert advisors can give you impartial and independent advice about your options.

We can talk to you about any benefit entitlements you might have, any debt problems or anything else to do with money.

You might be entitled to one or more benefit, and our staff can talk to you in confidence about how to apply. We can even help you to fill in benefit forms.

If you, or someone you care for needs support at home, we can explain the sorts of things available and how they can be paid for, whether you want to pay for them yourself, or whether you can have financial help from the local or health authority.

You might have heard of direct payments or personal health budgets; if you have but aren’t sure what that means, do give us a call so we can talk to you about your options.

We can also offer a Payroll Service and administer payments and bank accounts (Supported Bank Accounts) on behalf of individuals.

Advice about benefits and other allowances
