This is a dynamic role in our Community Engagement and Inclusion services, where you’ll contribute to innovative projects aimed at enhancing accessibility and inclusion. Collaborating closely with the Engagement and Co-production Lead, you’ll support the development and success of these initiatives, including the Get Involved Group (GIG); a platform which empowers disabled individuals and carers to share their experiences and drive improvements in services across Brighton & Hove and Sussex.

In addition, you’ll play a vital role in our mental health lived experience project, championing those who have used mental health services and profiling feedback to promote effective practices and suggest enhancements. Your efforts will focus on engaging with a diverse range of people to identify and address service provision challenges, fostering community connections, and implementing impactful changes. A passion for service user involvement and co-production will be essential, as you build positive relationships and network with stakeholders across Sussex, which will involve some travel.

Part time post            21 hours per week, part-time (0.6 Full time equivalent)

Salary                         £25,231 (pro-rated)
